Slip into Rachael's Jeans... for $178
Rachael Ray's talkshow website has a section called "Get Rachael's Look" that has pics of Rach with links to the companies providing the duds she's wearing.
For example, check out this pic of Rachael with the lovely Julie Andrews.

You can get the look by visiting Diane Von Furstenberg for the shirt, buying the brown Only Hearts tank, and getting the earrings by Gerard Yosca.
Rachael wears a brand of jeans in every picture called hello! Skinny Jeans that are billed as "thigh-slimming, stomach-flattening, BUTTOCKS-SHAPING, leg-lengthening, stretch blue jeans!"
Wow... can they make dinner, too?
There's a whole list of details the makers claim make these jeans different, including a scooped out thigh area, an inseam that's drawn forward to make the front of the leg look smaller, fading that "creates an optical illusion," and even pockets that--and this sounds scary--are sewn from seam to seam that act as a girdle, sucking the stomach in.
A pocket isn't just for change anymore... it's a corset!
The jeans run for $178, which I guess could be a bargain if they really do all that. And ladies care to chime in?
My, Rachael's come a long way from the too-tight jeans matched with tucked-in long sleeve tee days of 30 Minute Meals, hasn't she?
Personally, I have no idea why they didn't choose to include this picture in the "Get Rachael's Look" section:

Luxury Denim Pantsuit: $10 at Farm and Fleet (You gotta go to the Midwest for this one)

I would have to pass if only for the price, but they sound amazing. Do they have a free 1 day trial? For $200 bucks I would hope I could try them on at least to see if they really do all the amazing things they claim.
Course Aimee... if that picture is of you i wouldn't say you NEED those jeans lol.

I wish that were me! ha ha
It would be an old skook pic of Mariah. She was too cute back then. One day I will be brave and post a pic of me and Bob Saget or something. :P~Aimee

I was the geek that LOVED pop culture in high school. Loved Star and The Enquirer.
Yeah, I went backstage at a Bob Saget/Dave Coulier show and got some pics taken. I was a Full House nerd growing up.
I do have to comment on Rachael's old get ups...they were definitely pretty hilarious. Tight top tucked into tight jeans. She is stylish now.
She's come a long way! ~Aimee

I've heard of Skinny Jeans...Oprah had them on her show a while back.
Not a jean wearer so I guess I'll save the $178.00 for something else.BerryBaby

I saw that jeans show on Oprah. Unfortunately, they said in order to get 'the long legged look', you have to wear those 5" spiked, pointy-toe high heels with them. I gave up the pointy-toe high heels after I graduated from high school in '59. Granted, they were only 3 1/2" heels but they still did their damage. I don't know about you ladies but if I'm wearing jeans that means I wanna be comfortable and don't relish the idea of having to wobble on 5" heels doing my grocery shopping. I'll leave the haute couture to everyone else. I'm perfectly happy sticking to my $30 jeans that took me months of comparison-shopping to find something that actually fit well, were comfortable and not outrageously priced.
Rachael did have her 'look' back in her early days. She wore the tight jeans but she always wore a cute top with them and I always thought she looked pretty darn cute.
There's a website that I came across about two-three years ago that you could go to and find the clothes that the soap stars, A.I. contestants as well as other celebrities wore on a particular show so this is nothing new. It gave details plus prices, sizes and links how to purchase them. I found it the year Chris Daughtry was on A.I. and I was trying to find out more about the T-shirt he was wearing.Jeanne
