I would have to say mine are Michael, Ina, Emeril and Tyler...mostly Michael.

Mine would be Alton. I like his approach to understanding the science of cooking and his no unitaskers rule ;-)

I also like Ina. There are many of her recipes I mark to make, but never seem to.
