"Next Food Network" Star that should have made it...
With Season 4 coming on, if you had to look back over the previous few years and pick a contestant that you'd like to see have made it, who would it be?
I am going to go with Carissa Seward from Season 2, which was the best cast of the three. She was pretty, nice, knowledgable, and I thought presented her food in a way that made sense, was not filled with pretention, and she had a quality cooking background. She just got caught up in a year with good contestants, but still finished third. Guy was the class that year, though.
Season 3 was largely a disaster, as Amy was weak and I'm not even sure if she's on yet. the JAG thing was terrible, and the Texan gal (Rory?) should have won it, as she had better food, but she wasn't even that good.

Me, too...I liked Adrian the best. He kind of reminded me Tyler for some reason.
