Rep Power: 2 | Well after watching yesterday and seeing her chops, I think they need to work on their food styling because it looked like a pile of _____ I will leave it for you to fill in. I have made a better looking plate of chops than that, and I haven't went to school for it, yet.

Rep Power: 10 | When I worked for an ad agency we had many food accounts. The tricks are endless, but none that you would ever use at home....like using Crisco to imitate ice cream.

I was too busy watching her pick up a chop with her fingers and put it in her plate. That may be something she'd want to save for the privacy of her own home, not on TV. That said, I made the chops yesterday and they were wonderful!

You know under those hot lights it couldn't possibly hold up. I always pay attention to see if it's melting or not, LOL.
