I believe this was filmed before the Robert controversary. If you notice in the first episode they are all wearing coats and it is cold outside. The only episode that hasn't been filmed is announcing the winner.

It was kind of awkward seeing him...but hopefully Food Network will bring him back in some sort of way. He seems to be a huge fan favorite.
