Rep Power: 1 | Wow, that is very interesting. This is part of why I like this site. There are so many sites and blogs out there with hatred for some of the stars...which I have never understood. If you have a blog/site/etc dedicated to hatred over a FOOD STAR, then you really need to get a life.
Secondly, though I never liked her style or brand of food, I admired her dedication to her family. I also, in this article, saw a side of her that I think is quality -- she felt bad that she had taken the spot from Rory, who did everything she needed to do and then got hosed.
I never watched her show but she wasn't made to be a star. Just the same, no food star should ever have to put up with attacks. Attacks and "food tv stars" should never go together in the same sentence. Sheesh. |

Rep Power: 10 | I wasn't a fan of the show, but I wish her well with whatever she does now. I really do think this just wasn't something she was cut out for. I wouldn't want to do it myself. |

Rep Power: 2 | Well I hope her endeavors bring her much joy and happiness. I think they ought to do a marathon on her shows and be done with it. I never did see what was gourmet about her cooking, or her style. I seen some french cooking and some styling leaning towards the french. I find it hard to believe that bloggers would bother a person ? she must be really thin skinned. To let someone who you really have no idea who they are nor should you care, if you have confidence in your work control what you do ? I think you need to look at your life, and see where your talents really lay. I am glad for one she was smart enough to do that, get out before she completely lost it.

Rep Power: 10 | Some people see any criticism as an attack, but if people comment on the show and things about the show they don't like, or how well they are able to deliver it, I think that is fair. It's part of the business for the viewers to either accept or reject what they want to see on TV.
There really isn't a reason to beat them up as a person. A lot of us don't like some of the things Paula Deen does on her show. But I don't have a problem with her as a person. |

Sadly, the internet itself breeds a lot of that. People are real bold and negative when they can't be seen. I thnk I saw Amy's show once. Wasn't my favorite. |

Rep Power: 1 | I didn't like it either. She was never really comfortable in front of the camera, I think.

Rep Power: 10 | Lord, never let me be famous enough that people want to write about me on the internet.
If I ever do end up famous though, I'll have to make sure not to look myself up on the net.

Rep Power: 10 | You don't have to be famous for people to make negative comments on the Internet or behind your back. It's been happening since time began. Remember elementary and high school? Lots of tears for many.
Good thing we don't know all of what is said about us. We'd all be on some sort of medication or hibernating inside.
Good for Amy to just 'walk away'.

Rep Power: 1 | She never should have won in the first place...but I wish her the best. I could never host one of those shows....
