| AOL Snags Scripps Network For Video Content |  |  |  | | Written by Nisha Gandhi | | Thursday, 19 June 2008 |  New York -- Seeking to broaden its online distribution sphere, Scripps Networks on Wednesday announced a partnership with AOL to deliver clips from its collection of leading lifestyle content to online consumers through AOL Video, and selectively throughout AOL Food, AOL Home and Slashfood later this summer, the companies said today.
Highlights from chosen HGTV series will be offered on AOL Video, including Carter Can, Color Splash, Deserving Design, Design on a Dime, House Hunters, I Want That! and Sleep on It.
AOL Video will also offer clips from Food Network shows like Ace of Cakes, Barefoot Contessa, Down Home with the Neelys, Good Eats with Alton Brown, Paula’s Home Cooking and Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller.
