Looking for one of Guys recepies

I saw an episode of guys big bite about April / May ..he made these really thick quesadillas many layers and i can't find them on his site.. all i can find are the corn quesadillas which aren't it. If anyone knows what they were called or from what episode they were from it would be greatly appreciated.
