Rep Power: 2 | So if I am reading that right, it is the water that contains the bacteria ? We would probably get the same thing just setting a jug of water out in the sun, of course it would defeat the whole purpose of making sun tea if we boiled the water first.

Rep Power: 10 | We probably consume a ton of bacteria and germs in a day but the body has a way of filtering out some of it.
Sure, some make people sick from eating certain things, but honestly, I haven't had anything horrible (salmonella) since 1978...let's see that is 30 years of eating everyday without incident.
(Knock on wood!)

It's on now. Intresting episode though! This one is about the growth and processing of
tomatoes.
Computer animation gets us closer to see just how tomatoes are diced, sliced, pureed and sund-dried at a processing plant in California.
Ve-e-e-r-r-ry interesting!! |

Rep Power: 10 | There is a thread on this somewhere. It was about her episode on cherries, some of which filmed here.

Rep Power: 10 | I decided to merge these 2 since they had exactly the same title and I confuse easily when using the search function. |

It's interesting! Kind of like Unwrapped.
I like the cut-away computer animation that takes viewers deep into the processing machines to show how foods are processed and cooked! |
