I wonder now with all the disappearing chefs that started this if it will keep that status, They lost a lot of chefs and new recipes that they would of produced, and each of them now have their own web site. I just hope the up and coming chefs post theirs. I have several sites I now keep recipe boxes on. I do not need a grocery list from Aunt Sandy, or RR on whose products to buy, even Paula has gotten into doing that, sorry but that is just not my style, I want fresh raw ingredients to cook with not box products to heat up.

Ina and Michael have great recipes using fresh ingredients. I use many of theirs as a base and then tweek it with my style and spices.

I should clarify that I also use many of their recipes without tweeking as well.

Both have great sense of combining herbs, spices and fresh ingredients to come up fabulous dishes.
