The one last week with the steak sitting out on the counter was a no-brainer. Of course, if you leave raw meat on the counter for days it is going rot, smell horrible and be full of bacteria.

It WAS interesting last night!

Especially the part about the eggs exploding in the microwave. I always knew that. And I knew about the water being heated in the microwave as well.

That water must have been pretty hot. About as hot as the water heated in a pressure cooker!! And yes, that HAS happened to me, but much less messy. I only heat the water in a coffee mug for about 2 minutes and ten seconds, and I get that little reaction when I put some instant coffee into the water.
