Anthony Bourdain is a busy man. A celebrity chef, best-selling author, world traveler and reality television show personality, Bourdain's travel schedule is so hectic these days that during a phone call to promote the new season of his hit Travel Channel show "No Reservations," he had to pause for a few beats when asked where he was calling from.
