I guess I do use it whenever I make Robert Redford Dessert...but other than that, not really. I usually pull out the *Gasp* hand mixer!

It is this tasty pistaschio pudding/cool whip type dessert. FANTASTIC! Though, you can make it with any kind of pudding.

I think both of mine have taken a very long break as well Last time that I used one of them was back in March to make a 7-up cake.

Aoneil, that sounds good! I might try it. Think I can use INSTANT pistascio pudding for it?

Several months ago I got a set of the POURfect bowls and beakers to use with my KA and I just love them. Gets everything into the mixer bowl without making a mess on the counter, use them one-handed and they're MW and DW proof.

Hope Ina starts to use one. It always seems so awkward for her to pour the dry ingredients or whatever into the mixer. This will be a perfect answer.

I will post the recipe for the crust and stuff for Robert Redford. It is really good...and yep, you use instant pudding. Tasty..I may make some this weekend, actually!
