Ok, so if the kids stick with the program, they will each receive a 2-year $20,000 scolarship with the Int'l Culinary Arts Institute of America.

They will all hopefully become aspiring chefs one day!

Just a reminder that the 2nd episode of the series airs tonight at 10. I'll be out this evening, so I'm recording it.

Set your VCR's or DVR's if you want to see it later! It was re-airs at 1am.

Has anyone seen the show last night?

Adam still wants to be a troublemaker!! Even in the preview for next Sunday, he's warned again! He wants to use negative and racist remarks toward Alonzo, and it's not going to fly.

If he keep this up much longer and doesn't get his act together, he'll be kicked out of the program! He's a very hard shell to crack!!!

I watched. Adam needs to get out of his gang and get that chip off his shoulder or he's going to be kicked out of the program.

Yes, the show is really interesting, as it not only teaches the students to possibly become aspiring chefs, but it also helps them gain their respect, pride and dignity back and helps them put their troubled past behind them.

Adam had better wake up and smell the coffee! He's got some serious issues! He needs to grow up and stop acting like a spoiled and selfish little boy!! Or he'll be kicked to the curb!!

He got into it with Alonzo - again!! This little boy is really tripping for some ungodly reason!!

He really needs to get rid of his gangbanger attitude and get with the program. If he blows it, he'll have no one to blame but himself. I still would like to see him make good from this, move on and try to complete the program.

It now seems as though Adam saw the light and has begun to mend and change his ways, though he DID argue with Shante earlier over a space at the table to work..

The little kids they met who have forms of cancer seems to have softened his heart and he opened his arms to them.

The problem now is with Shante, who Jeff thinks might be lying about her vehicle being vandalized.

The cliff hanger for next week shows Adam crying and running up to Jeff as he grabs Jeff and gives him a big hug.

He (Adam) sometimes acts like a little boy and makes me feel sorry for him!

Shante took Adam's space and then she starts dancing with the customers later.
Adam is a trouble maker but I hope he doesn't get kicked out. It's good to see people turn their lives around for the better and make good on second chances.

I'm with Chef Jeff on this one. Shante is lying. No way could someone have broken windows, headlights, tail lights and slashed tires and in a few hours have the car looking like new. And then to bring those made-up invoices to him and that sorry excuse of why she didn't have a police report. Don't know what her problem is, but she needs to get her act together.

Adam is starting to grown on me. He wants to make a better life for himself, but he lets his anger get in the way. I was glad to see this week that he's starting to realize he has a anger problem and is trying to work on it. Deep down, he has a good heart.

I wish Chef Jeff would smile more. I know he has to be tough with some of the kids, but if he would bring a bit of lightheartedness and fun to the kitchen, maybe the kids would have more fun.

I know it's TV and he is doing what they want. Still...I like smiling people.
