bakerman is on a distinguished road
Over here in the eastern part of the state we have Time Warner, they are expensive, but I have had very few problems with them, except that the software that they have on their DVR is horrible, I have it set to reboot daily on a lamp timer, this is the only way to keep it functioning properly. I went through 3 until I found on the internet that it was a software/hardware conflict and there was no fix for my particular model. I need to take it off the timer to see if it has had a software upgrade.

Their repair team that they send to your house has always been great, they will call 30 minutes before arriving to give you time to get home if you need to (your appointment is a 3 hour window).
