What's your favorite FN Chef restaurant?

I have to admit that I have never eaten at any of them... so why don't you all who have share your insight with the rest of us. I'll admit that I like a good burger so I'd be interested in what Rachael Ray's new joint will offer.

Here's the latest video about the new restaurants...

I have been to the Emeril's in Orlando and Nola. Both were excellent.

They're not on FN anymore, but ...

I've eaten at lots of high-profile chefs' restaurants. It's sort of a hobby for my husband. Border Grill in Santa Monica (Two Hot Tamales, Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken) is probably my favorite. It has been years since I've been there, so my memory's fuzzy but I think I had some sort of wonderful tortilla lasagna.

The most recent FN restaurant I've been to would be Michael Symons' Lola in Cleveland. I had the beet salad and hanger steak. Both were wonderful. The restaurant was quite dark, so the pictures don't do them justice.

Lola was pretty good, huh? Well from the reviews i've read it sounds like he's done a pretty good job with the new restaurant that opened last week. Anyone happen to know what the closest restaurant to visit would be when your a Kentucky Gal like myself? Or maybe I just need to plan more road trips into my schedule.
