Haynes said she is looking forward to an episode of "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" on the Food Network for a couple of reasons.
The show will feature a secret dish prepared by famed chef Peter Timmins of The Greenbrier.
"One, I can't wait to see what The Greenbrier unveils as the secret dish, and this will hopefully bring positive attention back to The Greenbrier," Haynes said.
The world-class resort has received negative publicity stemming from its financial problems.
"We were thrilled to be selected for this series," Lynn Swann, spokeswoman for The Greenbrier, said in a news release. "It is a terrific opportunity to showcase The Greenbrier's cuisine."
