I will add that my wife and I have been cheering for Melissa ever since that first stunt Teddy pulled...when her food was so good and all she got was a little assist on plating. Her food has been consistently good and her personality improving in terms of presenation. She's got the potential to be a Rachel Ray but with more of a "real mom" kick, which when you think about it the network, despite all its women, is somewhat lacking in.

Well there is Robin Miller, but I don't care for her cooking style. I would rather cook meat when I eat it. Some things reheat well. IMO meat isn't one of them. It would be nice to see them have someone on that knows what kids will eat though. I have heard Rachael Ray say "kids would love this" about something neither mine nor any kid I know ( and I know I lot of them ) would go anywhere near.

I was surprised how vulnerable some of the ones who have been strong in the past weeks were in this evenings episode - Jamika and Jeffrey.

I make turkey burgers on the grill quite often. It's one of my favorite grill foods. Katie had thirty minutes to make them. I can cook mine in less than 15 minutes; Katie should not have had problems.---unless she took too much time prepping them. I think sticking them in the oven was a mistake. She should have moved her burgers to a hotter part of the grill.

I think anyone can have a bad night. Ingredients can fail you, equipment can be difficult to use or not working the way you expect. Heck Bobby Flay has shown us that on throwdown.

Was thinking there were very few mothers cooking on the network, but than I started counting actually we have several that fit in that roll. No female Asian cooks that I know of at all, use to be Ming and then there is Morimoto, I know of no others, in fact can not think of any on the TV other than these two. Oh wait all most forgot YAN CAN COOK Martin, and there was an Asian female chef on the travel channel or Discovery Health. That is all I can place right now. Debbie would fill a big void especially with in the Asian community raised here in America, and to top it off she has that southern Paula charm. The judges seem to be in a very subtle way keep pushing her in the lime light with all the positive comments and very few negative.

It was interesting last night. I thought Jeffrey would come out much stronger than he did, that was disappointing for me. Right now I'm in Mellissa''s and Debbie's camp. I like them both, but am leaning more towards Melissa. Aw heck, I don't know, I really like them both, lol.

With how these shows go, the favorite today, won't be the favorite tomorrow. At this point, any one of them could win and it will teeter-totter back and forth until the final two.

Each one has a unique quality that would fill a void on FN. Should be interesting to see gets to do that.

I figured it would be either Teddy or Katie who got sent home last night and I wasn't sad to see Teddy leave after the two stunts he pulled with Melissa and Debbie. I don't think those two ladies are going to miss him much either. As for my picks right now, it would have to be either Debbie or Melissa. Michael's style of food doesn't interest me and Jeffery (who early was one of my picks) is getting kind of blah and doesn't really seem to have a cooking style.
