I pretty much eat a rainbow of color each day. Right now it's peaches, pineapple, pears, plums and watermelon for the fruit. Different lettuces red leaf, romaine, iceberg,....zucchini, corn, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes (not in the rainbow, but they are red potatoes)...think that's about it.
I'll miss all the farm, fresh veggies and fruit when they close next month.
