| LOL! That's a funny one.
It is hard though. I tried the Atkins diet once. It worked, for sure, but it was really hard to break the cycle of eating refined sugar and carbs. And although the diet claims that once you break yourself from those foods, the cravings will stop after a couple of weeks, it didn't work for me. I still craved Italian bread and buttery croutons...and desparately needed something chocolate.
There's something to be said about a healthy balance so you don't feel like you're depriving yourself and then binging. |
