I love walnut oil. There is one that I buy from a winery out here that is SO good! Makes incredible salad dressing.

Hi there, pretty lady! I love Walnut oil, too! I also found some Macadamia Nut oil, and some Avocado oil this week! Try this for a quick salad dressing:

1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Mix into its cruet

Add Lucia Pinot Grigio wine vinegar to "W" line (no water)
Add a tablespoon (more or less) of table sugar
Shake like crazy, then...
Add Walnut Oil to the "O" line

Pour over mixed spring mix salad.

I gotta tell ya, it went so fast, I only had a chance to sample it. YUMMAGE!

I bought it once. I like it but it goes rancid quicker than most oils. I kept mine in the fridge.
