If I'm drinking a smoky or really strong tea, I prefer soy milk to cow's milk. It isn't so thick and heavy and gives a good flavor.

Some say it isn't as good for you as people think. They are finding increased breast cancer in women who consume a lot ... usually vegetarians who don't get a good balance of other proteins and get all of it from the super processed soy that seems to be in nearly all the vegetarian substitutes.
