Rep Power: 10 | Thai food is very popular out here. There is a Thai restaurant every few blocks! For some reason, I have never tried it. Anyone out there crazy about Thai? What is it like, seasoning-wise?

Rep Power: 10 | I saw an Asian cooking show over the weekend, it was interesting. It was Martin Yan I believe.

Rep Power: 10 | "Yan Can Cook" is an old series that I use to watch. Wonder if he is doing anything new these days? Maybe I'll check out his site. He would make the most amazing dishes in no time.

Rep Power: 10 | I thought it was neat, he took you around a street festival, then showed you how to cook something. It made it interesting, sort of like what bakerman said Rick Bayless does.

Thai food can be spicy. It is a very fresh cuisine, as with a lot of other Asian dishes.
We have Vietnamese here too and it looks fantastic, very fresh ingredients with an emphasis on vegetables, I always order their Chinese Lo mein (they have a small chinese section) it is the best that I have ever had, gee now I want some!

Rep Power: 2 | It was a tie for me. I like Mexican and Italian but Italian is easier for me to make so I picked it. |
