Rep Power: 10 | I think asparagus has a flavor similar to peas. |

Rep Power: 3 | Well asparagus remains the rave, I guess. We eat it, just not overly fond of it.

Rep Power: 10 | My husband does not like asparagus and will ask for peas instead. On the other hand, daughter, sister and I love asparagus. In fact, I made an aspargus salad the other day with black olives and balsamic vinegar...it is delicious!

Rep Power: 1 | I have a few dishes that I do that contain asparagus. The trick is in the steaming of the asparagus itself. If it's underdone it is too crunchy, too long in the steamer and you have mush. |

Rep Power: 2 | I just read that those of us who get the, umm, "stinky" effect of asparagus are all genetically related. |

Rep Power: 3 | You got it (though I'm not sure of the related issue. .)

Rep Power: 10 | There are a number of foods that fall into this...aspargus is one, coffee, blueberries....ironically, a local radio show just had a discussion regarding these 'fragrant' foods.
Just had my aspargus salad for lunch. Bought some more fresh for Easter and will serve it with Hollandaise sauce.
