Rep Power: 2 | I wonder, if they had to advertise and push these by the fact that they are vegetables and just that fact, leave out the fact that they are not an animal product would they sell ? There should be some sort of truth in advertising that you sell your product by saying only what it is, not what it isn't and if you can't do that don't sell it. I hate products that do that. Here eat this it isn't meat, and then you find out whats in it will kill you later on. You know if it is vegetarian say just that, and quit selling it because it not meat. I never seen an add that says here eat this meat and your carrots will live on.

Rep Power: 10 | ibchef, have you ever tried the veggie products? Honestly, the Morning Star and Boca are really good.
I don't eat them because they are meatless, I eat them because I truly like the taste.

Rep Power: 2 | Yes sure have and I do not mind them at all, I had to eat them for awhile something about the animal fat tore my stomach up, but after awhile it seem to go away, never did find out why, but now it is fine. I did not say I did not like them, I just do not like the fact, that the animal rights activist use these products to push their point of view down the throat of people who have no choice but to eat these products, if you you chose to eat these products because of taste that is good, but for some one to tell me to eat this only because it is not an animal product to me is not right. Tell me about the product, not what it is not but what it is. I having a hard time getting to the point in advertising that it needs to be on the product. Like these brats don't give them out because they are not made with animals products but give them out because they are vegetables and taste good. does that make sense ?
