US checks if tomatoes caused Salmonella outbreak

It says this has "grown to 869 confirmed cases", I wonder if it's still expanding daily or if this is just what they have found from records of people seeking treatment?

I heard on the news they now don't even think it was tomatoes. Maybe they had some of that bad ground beef that is being recalled. Who knows?

Feel sorry for them regardless. I had salmonella once and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I don't think I have a worst enemy, but still....
