can't say as I ever heard of this before, what would they use the head for, head soup. I thought the head was the area of the cow most effected by mad cow disease. I guess we can sell anything to make a dollar, but cow head ? You know I bet if we would take this stuff and make food for the CEO's that own these companies with out telling them, and after they eat it, tell them what it was and that it came from their company, we wouldn't have so much of this stuff being sold, or being used, and the companies would be cleaner and sanitized to a higher standard.

A lot of people here eat the tongue. I guess that would be considered a "part".

The brains and eyes have to be removed plus it has to be killed with a stun gun of some type. Not to mention you have probably ate meat from the head, it's called cheek meat and does not have to be added to label.

Barbacoa

Actually, imho, we should be grateful for our meat industry, as it is by far, the best the world has ever seen.

Actually the tongue is real good, tender as can be just like Roast Beef, had a neighbor that slipped it in on me one night, my best friends mother told me it was roast boy was it ever good, then after words informed me it was tongue, still didn't change my mind still was good. Guess you could consider that part of the head, just did not think of it that way.
