Rep Power: 10 | One pepper? I have eaten more than one and haven't gotten sick. But then, I asked the store where I bought them and they said theirs weren't in the recall. Must get them from somewhere else.

Rep Power: 10 | On the news they said because it was this particular strain of the same bacteria they seem to think this is the original source.
It does seem strange that it would be on just one though doesn't it? |

Rep Power: 10 | If you aren't sick by now, you aren't going to be. Salmonella hits pretty quickly and you would definitely know it.

Rep Power: 10 | What I find interesting is when I had salmonella I got it from the people handling the food.
They didn't have the best hygiene habits. Wonder if they have focused on that aspect seeing as they really haven't come up with much regarding the food contamination.

Rep Power: 2 | I am surprised the market is not flooded with the warnings all in Spanish and followed by press one for English. And I have been following it real close, threw away all my jalapeņo peppers till they get this resolved. Seems like it must be a supplier of fresh vegetables since cooking would kill the bacteria. Eat hot salsa, not fresh. and no pico - DEgallo for awhile.
