When my friend told me about his new obsession -- ready-made pancake batter in an aerosol can -- my first thought was, "You're kidding, right?"
But after spending a morning with Batter Blaster ($4.99), consider me a convert. The all-organic product is convenience wrapped up in a CO2-pressurized can. Now time-pressed flapjack lovers can whip up a hot breakfast on a moment's notice. Busy parents, empty nesters, single-serving snackers, late-night waffle lovers, they'll all flip for the Blaster.

Honestly, how hard is it to put togather pancake batter? Spray-on pancake batter....

I am sure products like this will be popular. I guess that the pancake mix that comes in a plastic container(do we really need more disposable plastic containers?) where you just add water is too hard for some folks.

I'll stick to my scratch made ones, far better than most that I have tried.

Getting four up and out the door, well there were mornings when saving one minute was a big deal. Don't see myself ever buying it, just saying...

You can mix all the dry ingredients in advance and portion it out into jars or containers then add the wet and shake it up. It works just as well as the commercial shake and pour mixes and its cheaper.
