Dunkin Donuts to Offer Health(ier) Fare

Dunkin' Donuts. The words conjure up ... well, donuts. Chocolate covered. Sprinkle topped. But now, the expanding restaurant chain is jumping on the "better for you" bandwagon with both feet.

First up, a sandwich with fewer than 300 calories.

Dunkin' Donuts-Egg White Sandwiches? I think I'll just have a cream filled donut...

I think this is good. It may not taste as great as the wonderful greasy stuff, but if you want to watch it but still grab something for breakfast it gives you the option. But I always think the more choices the better.

There are TONS of them in Metro Detroit area...doesn't surprise me that we are one of the fattest States in the Nation. :P I don't like Dunkin Donuts at ALL. I would rather go to the Tim Hortons down the street...but I much prefer Panera. Ahhh...their French Toast and Asiago bagels are to DIE for.

giving people healthier choices is a good idea in my book. Although on the very rare occasion that I stop there I would have a hard time passing up the toasted coconut donut!

If you are going to Dunkin' Donuts, or any donut shop, you know why you are there. For the donuts!

Healthier choices are fine, but this a DONUT shop. If I want something healthy, I'll stop and pickup fruit at the grocery store or farm.

I always go for the donut holes. Holes have no calories... right?
