Rep Power: 1 | I admit I'm a beef jerky addict. I also like the occasional chocolate bar when I'm feeling blue. |

Rep Power: 2 | Love pork rinds and we've got a BBQ place about 2 miles from the house that makes them fresh and we pick up a couple bags each week.
Found some good jerky in our travels out west, but don't really care for the stuff I find in our local grocery stores - too salty or too spicy. I want to taste the meat and not just the seasonings.
The older I get the more and more I like dark chocolate. Chocolate.... hummmm! |

Rep Power: 10 | I eat it all except the pork rinds. We have a German butcher/sausage place that makes their own beef sticks and jerky. It is SO delicious! No comparison to the store bought.

Rep Power: 2 | I always think of pork rinds as "puffy bacon." |

Rep Power: 3 | I have made or over-saw the making of tons of stick and jerkey. It gets nasty when those making pushes the limits on fat and water content. Course there is a market for such. I can make both but perfer the less fat/water version.
Never did like the packaged pork rines. Anybody here like pork cracklins? In your cornbread even?

Rep Power: 10 | It's the skin of the pig deep fried in pork grease. That goes back to some serious poverty there. People tried to use every morsel possible. |

Rep Power: 1 | The part about coconut makes me happy, I like to pop my popcorn in coconut oil! I also just love coconut, although I doubt a Pina Colada would be a heathy treat, even though it includes both alcohol and coconut!

Rep Power: 2 | Another thing that combines two items on that list - dark chocolate and coconut - is the Mounds candy bar. |
