Rep Power: 3 | Maybe it has something to do with the ban LA and NYC are putting on fast-food places? Fast-food ban in LA and NY

It makes sense that NYC would follow LA's desire to ban fast-food. Just this past March, a report from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene revealed that in just two years obesity and diagnosed diabetes increased by 17 percent while the rest of the nation experienced just a six percent increase. An article from New York magazine reports that, according to the Sun, NYC Councilman Eric Gioia wants to impose a one-year ban on new fast-food restaurants. Considering the gravity of this health crisis, this desired measure hardly seems as puritanical as New York magazine describes... Fast-food ban in LA and NY - Slashfood |

Rep Power: 10 | When I think Disneyland, McDonald's does not come to mind. Disneyland is different and the food should be too, in and around the park.
I love the fresh pineapple on a stick! They have other places that are amazing like the Robert Mondavi restaurant in California Adventure, or whatever that part of the park is called. That restaurant IS an adventure!
I love Disneyland:ura1:

Rep Power: 10 | Disney world has epcot with food from all over the world. I sure wouldn't get McDonalds with that available. I do remember them having a french fry stand at Disney MGM and I think my daughter did buy some. I remember sitting at the picnic tables and watching all the sparrows eat the dropped ones. |

Rep Power: 3 | Even Circus Circus in Las Vegas has a McDonald's there because it's a hotel geared mainly for entertaining the kids. |

Rep Power: 1 | Epcot has a McDonalds stand, right when you walk out of "Canada"...and the line is always long...filled with kids and their parents.

Rep Power: 10 | It doesn't say anything about the Florida locations removing them, says they are still there. But it's their choice how they want to run their business. Maybe it just isn't making them enough money. |
