Amen! They can raise the price all they want and it won't bother us. We don't buy cola nor any flavored corn syrup water and wouldn't drink it if it was free.

There's also kosher Coke that is sold around Passover, its made with sugar too. I've never seen it, but I heard about it.

I think the Dr. Pepper factory also sales some sugar sweetened Dr. Pepper too. I know someone who visited the factory in Texas and he got one. But this was years ago, don't know if they still do it now.
They still make it. It's made in Waco and called Dublin Dr. Pepper. We were just there last month and brought 5 cases back. Always have a cold real Dr. Pepper (with Imperial Cane Sugar) in the fridge. In fact, thanks for mentioning it, I do believe I will go get one right now...

Here's the website;

Dublin Dr Pepper

The museum is awesome! It's three stories tall and took us half the day to go through. They have been making Dr Pepper there for like 117 years or something. Even the original soda fountain is there.

Bottom line is we have to eat to stay alive, and since we must, we are forced to be raped and pay higher prices for food to offset rising fuel costs.

Prices will continue to go up. That's just how it is. When I first started driving, gas was 29 cents a gallon! You can't buy anything for 29 cents anymore.

Milk, bread, all the staples have skyrocketed throughout the years. What can you do?

I remember my grandparents would give us a quarter and we were so excited. Even a dollar nowadays isn't a big deal.
