Rep Power: 10 | You just cut them in half and scrape out the little juice filled kernels inside that have seeds in them. Almost like a red corn kernel with a seed inside. I eat the seeds, but some people don't. The taste reminds me of sweet tarts, only better since they are juicy. |

Rep Power: 3 | Ok, mine is Alton eating ribs from the Nashville demo
But I can't figure why mine is so much smaller than everyone else's avatars. I reduced the size. I even took it into Photoshop and saved it for the web and it still is so tiny. Bummer |

He made beef ribs at the demo in Nashville back in Aug. They were cooked in an immersion circulator. He taunted the audience with them. He got down on stage floor and started eating them in front of us! And he said he couldn't share because he didn't have a catering license. |

Rep Power: 3 | Mine is a combo food and Halloween theme. That's one of my sous kitties (they like to think they are "helping") Dallas sitting on the bar stool supervising the pulling of a smoked Boston butt (in the foreground).

Rep Power: 10 | I will have to get a picture of my black kitty with the pumpkin this year and use it this year when our food avatar week is over. It's fun to have the food ones. Maybe more people will take photos of something they made. |
