MEXICO CITY (AP) - Mexico is protesting what it says is a whopper of an insult. An advertisement for Burger King's chili-flavored "Texican" burger that has run in Europe shows a small wrestler dressed in a cape resembling a Mexican flag. The wrestler teams up with a lanky American cowboy twice his height to illustrate the cross-border blend of flavors.
"The taste of Texas with a little spicy Mexican," a narrator's voice says.

I say who cares? People in Mexico have a bad habit of burning foreign flags so to hell with them.

Well ... it is funny.
I hate it when people can't laugh at themselves. Probably comes from growing up in WV. But then maybe that's more of being laughed AT.

Remember the Chihuahua and Taco Bell? That didn't go over well either.

Yes, it was but people really were upset by it. Remember the uproar it caused?

Yeah, but I thought it was stupid then.

I know I was pretty young at the time, but didn't that campaign last for a while before they stopped? I remember seeing the Taco Bell dog t-shirts and stuffed animals and other stuff like that. Those who forget the pasta are condemned to reheat it.
