GRCC culinary school to kick it up a notch?
The Grand Rapids Press - 1 hour, 46 minutes agoGRAND RAPIDS -- It might not stir up the fan following of, say, the Food Network's southern belle Paula Deen or its shapely Giada De Laurentiis, but some folks at Grand Rapids Community College are dreaming of a televisionlike culinary theater where students could follow a chef's hands as he chops vegetables, prepares meats and demonstrates kitchen techniques.
