My kids love the fried cheese sticks when we go to the sit down chains. I think nearly all of them have those.

Do you ever buy them? I have a box of TGI Fridays brand in my freezer. Bought them for the football game, but we never got around to making them. Have tried them before and they are really good. Not something I'd have everyday, but a good once in a while treat.

The link doesn't work anymore, so I'm not sure of what the recipe was, but I one night I was in the mood to clog my arteries and I made fried ravioli. I took frozen ravioli, dunked it in egg and then coated it with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Aunt Sandy would be proud.

I've tried a few copycat recipes that I've liked. I really like the one for Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana soup. In fact, the night I made the fried ravioli was on a night I'd made the soup. I got the idea after seeing fried ravioli on the menu at the Olive Garden one night.

Yeah that's the downside of copyright. The people who have the original don't keep their story up then we have broken links.

I love fried ravioli. It's an easy meal that satisfies like no other.

Made Fried Ravioli the other night for the first time. Yum Yum.

The Hill in Saint Louis--- my mom was living in SL for a while--- we went to Giovanni's.
The BEST Italian food. Absolutely delicious.
