If you have no idea what that means, you’re obviously not a fan of the Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” a weekly show hosted by flamboyant restaurateur Guy Fieri.

Fieri, known for his spiky platinum hair, flashy jewelry and slang expressions, travels around the country looking for the best greasy spoons.
