I don't think Blimpy Burger needs to worry that Diners won't do a great job showcasing his food. Guy always has good things to say about the food he's tasting and he seems really natural and authentic in his praise.

I wonder if there is ever something he tries that he doesn't like? I have never heard him say it if he has.

Yes, I saw one show where he didn't like something and I can't recall which one it was.

He took a bite and held it in his mouth for a second and then said, "That was interesting." Now I'm going to have to watch the reruns and see if it is shown again. The word "interesting" when associated with food, isn't something good.

Yeah I remember someone said that on Iron Chef once and Bobby laughed and said "interesting isn't a word you like to hear"

I think I remember the interesting comment. Was it at a seafood dive on the north eastern coast that made some kind of weird chop suey dish, mostly from prepackaged mixes? There was another when he tasted bull "parts" for the first time and was a little squeamish about it.

He didn't like the burger at the Triple XXX that had peanut butter on it. He said he didn't like it at all and wanted his mommy. :coolg:

They showed the Blimpy Burger in a very positive light. I think the nasty waitress act would get really tiresome after a few times though. Why treat customers as though they are idiots just because they don't know the strange ordering protocol of a restaurant. The burgers in the first segment looked a whole lot better, I thought.

I went to Blimpy Burgers yesterday. They were *okay* and the people that work there actually help you along with the special ordering procedure. They will ask what you want from the fryer what size burger what you want on it...etc. I will say that the onion rings were killer. :P
