Tattoos

I was watching "Dinner:Impossible" the other night(Guy was on) and wondered what the tattoo was on the back of his left upper arm..a fish? The others look like initials.

I think one of his tattoos is a knuckle sandwich, like the shirts on his website. I am not sure about the others. I am not really sure about that one.

I remember seeing him on something and he said what all the tattoos were, but darn if I can remember now. He sure is a hoot!
