And did anyone else see George What's-His-Name (Ham on the Street guy) do a Bepeepit for Easter? He stuffed a jelly bean into a Peep into a chocolate rabbit. I'm pretty sure he was kidding around!

lol ...Thats great, totally making fun of it. He can be so annoying at times, but every once in a while he's pretty funny!

I can't tell though whether it is a kind of joke thing like deep-fried candy bars or if this has legitimate culinary worth.
This dish was developed (or popularized) by Paul Prudhomme.
Many years ago, he had it on Commander's Palace menu with 3 different stuffings inside of the 3 different fowls.
Madden had it there when he covered a Saints' game and made it part of his Thanksgiving repertoire for a while.
There are butchers that sell this over the Internet (with the stuffing) and you cook (or maybe just reheat) it at home.
Because it is a 90% boned preparation, all you have to do is plate it and slice it at the table.

Cooking as a whole bird, duck is more difficult than a chicken but doing a boneless duck breast is an easy thing to do (but very messy).

That reminds me. Went hunting several years ago in NC. The swan law happened to be in and the folks we were staying with took us, as a side trip, one morning. No way were we shooting a swan, we just watched then fly over.
