I will try most anything but I do not think I could handle the menudo or haggis both made with stomachs just not my idea of good eats, hats off to those who like it, but than I hate coconut also, can't stand the taste, texture or smell.

Wonder if Anthony Bourdain likes it? He enjoys all those internal organ dishes.
