I always like to do the fresh poerk shoulder marinated overnight, then slow roasted the next day!

I would like to do that with a pork butt one day. But I haven't had pork chops in a long time!

I think I've had my share or ribs for a while. Had them most of the summer. But I wouldn't turn them down if offered to me. Haha!!
