Rep Power: 3 | I don't use beef stock in my chili (with a "i"), but something close to it. A can of condensed French onion soup. No tomato sauce or paste either, but diced and seeded tomatoes instead.

Rep Power: 10 | Ground beef, diced tomatoes, chili powder, a bottle dark beer, onions, celery (finely diced), kidney, black and pinto beans and a splash of salsa. Serve it with homemade corn jalapeno mini-muffins.
