Question of the Week: Giada or Ina?

I’m a huge fan of both Ina and Giada. I could watch Ina Garten’s Barefoot Contessa or Giada De Laurentiis’s Everyday Italian on a constant loop.

I love the look of their shows and their recipes. After all, it was Giada who got me into fritattas and Ina who made me a coconut cupcake addict.

So I was thrilled to hear that both ladies have new shows airing this fall, at least in the U.S. (Unfortunately for us Canucks, we’ll have to wait for Food Network Canada to acquire the shows. Be sure to check this blog for updates.) ....

I love Ina! Hands down. I love how she incorporates an *event* into her show...makes it more of a story instead of just cooking a meal for no real reason. I love her friends and I love the look of her show. She is just very down to Earth and I love her for it. I watch her every night before I go to bed...rerun or not.

Both are good in their own rights, can't say as I favor one over the other, but one show I won't miss is Anne's. It is either DVR or I watch it, sometimes both, so I can rewatch. I guess now that all Emeril has is reruns on FN I would have to say her new show is at the top for me.

Absolutely Ina! No question about it. She has some of the most delicious recipes.

Love her lifestyle, her home, friends...I'd like to visit her in The Hampton's.:bouncy:
