The DH and I were having supper at his brother's house and his GF made a rosemary and potato dish. I think she must have put a whole rosemary bush on top of those potatoes! It was like trying to eat twigs... felt like a dang beaver, plus you couldn't taste the potatoes.

Sometimes I like to freeze different fruit juices, like pineapple, and add those cubes to my ice tea.

I can deal with a very very little in a dish, but it still tastes soapy to me. You put too much in a dish and it is like you squirted Dawn dish detergent in it, I'm not kidding! And yes I did get my mouth washed out with soap as a kid, my aunt did it, my mom wasn't happy about it.

My friends used to think I was just being picky, so I e-mailed them a link to the Ihatecilantro website, they don't give me crap anymore!

Herbs and spices in small doses are fine, but some restaurants are going over the top with this Cilantro craze. I want to taste the food, not have it be overpowered by seasonings.

I agree, it seems to be a craze, it is everywhere. What I don't like is when a dish doesn't mention it, but it is sprinkled all over like parsley!
