Rep Power: 10 | Tonight we went to Benihana's...delicious! I have never had a bad meal there and we have been going there for 20 years. Always consistently great! Now that is a great place.

Rep Power: 10 | Stuffed manicotti tonight! Made the sauce earlier, have the salad chilling, table is set with wine ready to go...all I have to do is assemble the manicotti and it is dinner time.
I stuff them with ricotta, spinach, egg, nutmeg, Italian seasonings...so good!
It's my sister's birthday and she requested this meal. We would go out, but she wanted my birthday cooking....nice, huh? I LOVE to cook!!!

Rep Power: 10 | That is one of my husband's favorite. He always gets that when we go to an Italian restaurant. |

Rep Power: 10 | I'm on my own tonight so I stopped at the farms on my way back from exercise class.
So, it is fresh corn, summer squash, peppers, red potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, green beans...a real vegetarian feast tonight....YUM! I love summer produce.
