I think Ina has some of the best recipes for the home cook on the Food Network.

Tonight we went to Benihana's...delicious! I have never had a bad meal there and we have been going there for 20 years. Always consistently great! Now that is a great place.

Stuffed manicotti tonight! Made the sauce earlier, have the salad chilling, table is set with wine ready to go...all I have to do is assemble the manicotti and it is dinner time.
I stuff them with ricotta, spinach, egg, nutmeg, Italian seasonings...so good!

It's my sister's birthday and she requested this meal. We would go out, but she wanted my birthday cooking....nice, huh? I LOVE to cook!!!

That is one of my husband's favorite. He always gets that when we go to an Italian restaurant.

Tonight it's Spaghetti here. One of my kids favorites. We have it at least once every week or 2.

I'm on my own tonight so I stopped at the farms on my way back from exercise class.

So, it is fresh corn, summer squash, peppers, red potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, green beans...a real vegetarian feast tonight....YUM! I love summer produce.
