Michael Symon plans appearances, book signings

Besides regular performances in the kitchens of his area restaurants, Michael Symon will make several appearances in the weeks to come. Here's a list of cooking and product demonstrations, as well as signings for his book "Live to Cook":
Saturday, Nov. 14 and Sunday, Nov. 15: The Fabulous Food Show, International Exposition Center, 6200 Riverside Drive, Cleveland. Symon will do cooking demonstrations on the Sub-Zero/Wolf Main Kitchen Theatre stage at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 14 and 12:30 and 3:45 p.m. Nov. 15. (After the Nov. 14 presentation, Symon will appear at the Autograph Pavilion. He'll also sign books at 2 p.m. between Nov. 15 appearances.)
Tuesday, Nov. 17: At 6 p.m., Symon will sign copies of his book at Borders, 30121 Detroit Road, Westlake; phone 440-892-7667.
