It's a big weekend for chef Kurt Boucher. He's finessing the details of his new restaurant, and come Sunday night, after "Iron Chef America" airs on Food Network, he'll finally be able to tell the whole story about cooking against celebrity chef Bobby Flay in Kitchen Stadium last October.
