Yes me too. You don't really get to know the Iron Chef's as well as you do the Chef's that have a show. Besh just looks like my kinda guy. When they came to the airport dressed to travel he was wearing about what my husband would wear. And I like that he wore the Chef's hat. I am a traditional kinda gal. I see that in his food as well, but he does have a few surprises on the plate that are nice too.
